Monitoring Agent - Night Shift
Antyxsoft is looking for a Monitoring Agent to monitor, verify and confirm status of current IT infrastructure. The Monitoring Agent responsibilities include investigating and detailing reports and forwarding to proper channels.
Responsibilities
- Monitor current infrastructure for alarm reports via current monitoring tools
- Investigating incidents and checking its validity
- Verify daily backup systems functionality and policies
- Responding to reports and customer issues withing specified time frames
- Adhering to company policies and legal regulations
Requirements
- 1-2 years of relevant experience
- University degree in IT or equivalent
- Surveillance and observation skills
- Good written and spoken English communication skills
- Proficiency in internet search and information gathering
- Night shift schedules 1:00 - 09:00 AM

Junior Systems Engineer
Antyxsoft is looking for a junior to mid-level Systems Engineer to help in maintaining, troubleshooting and expanding cloud-based infrastructure. You will be part of a talented team of engineers that demonstrate technical competency, delivering mission critical infrastructure and ensuring the highest levels of availability, performance and security. You are expected to have a background in IT, computer systems engineering or systems engineering and analysis.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools based on company/client standards (Windows/Linux)
- Write and maintain internal procedures and tutorials about underlying systems & infrastructure
- Monitoring infrastructure performance
- Providing 1st and 2nd level of technical support to customers who have questions about products or service provided by the company
Requirements
- 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft producst (MS Windows Server, Office 365, Azure, AD, MS SQL Server, IIS)
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, NAT, Firewalling, Routing)
- Virtualization technologies
- University degree in IT or equivalent
- Good written and spoken English communication skills
- Afternoon shifts schedule
